Claudia Csáky heads the Intellectual Property / IP & IT practice group. Her practice covers the entire field of intellectual property law with a focus on trademark, copyright and competition law as well as information technology. In addition, she has specific expertise and litigation experience in patent disputes
David Seidl is head of the Compliance and White Collar Crime practice group and also has particular expertise in insolvency law – he is regularly appointed by the court as an insolvency administrator and advises debtors and creditors on issues of impending insolvency.
