Katharina Weiß has been supporting the Insolvency/Restructuring and Corporate/M&A practice groups at GRAF ISOLA as an attorney-at-law and junior partner since November 2023. Prior to this, she had been serving the firm as a legal associate since September 2022.
Previously, she was employed as a legal associate at a commercial law firm in Vienna from 2019 and successfully passed the bar exam in 2022.
Her areas of specialization encompass insolvency administration, judicial and extrajudicial restructuring and reorganization counsel, as well as various domains of corporate and commercial law.
During her law studies at the University of Vienna, she served as a legal intern at the Vienna Public Prosecutor’s Office. Following her graduation, she completed her judicial clerkship within the jurisdiction of the Vienna Higher Regional Court.
Katharina Weiß is proficient in German, English, and Italian.
