Fabian Püschner joined GRAF ISOLA in 2023 as an associate in the Vienna office in the dispute resolution practice group.
His practice focuses in particular on advising and representing national and international clients before national courts in civil litigation. In addition to corporate disputes and directors’ and officers’ liability, he also focuses on providing support in proceedings before arbitration courts. Furthermore, he advises and supports clients in insurance liability cases as well as in insurance coverage reviews and coverage disputes.
During his law studies at the University of Vienna, he worked as a paralegal in an international business law firm in Vienna, where he subsequently worked as an associate after completing his studies. He completed his court internship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Vienna.
