Axel Guttmann is specialised in employment law, where he advises and assists clients in the area of individual employment law as well as collective employment law. The focus of his work includes drafting service contracts (including management service contracts), providing ongoing advice to employers on individual and collective employment law issues, as well as providing employment law support during restructuring processes.
Besides devising out out-of-court solutions for the continuation and termination of employment relationships, representation in proceedings before the employment tribunals is an important part of his work.
Axel also advises the Medical Association of Lower Austria. He is the first point of contact for legal enquiries from both general practitioners and employed doctors in Lower Austria.
Based on experience gained in the private sector, Axel is proficient in the field of construction contract law, where he advises and represents clients in construction contract disputes.
