The LUKOIL Group optimizes its group structure by merging Austrian LUKOIL Energy GmbH with a Dutch group company in a cross border merger.
The Austrian part of this cross border transaction was structured and implemented by Graf Isola. Graf Isola’s transaction team consisted of Ferdinand Graf and Andreas Edlinger (both Corporate/M&A) and Jakob Widner (Employment Law). Robert Gulla was in charge as LUKOIL lead in-house counsel.
