The LUKOIL Lubricants Group has merged its holding company in Amsterdam with LUKOIL Lubricants International Holding GmbH in Vienna in a cross border merger.
The LUKOIL Lubricants Group has strengthened its presence in Vienna further and operates the international lubricants business from Vienna henceforward.
The LUKOIL Lubricants Group relied on the respective know-how and the expertise of Graf Isola. The transaction was led by Andreas Edlinger (Corporate/ M&A team). Robert Gulla assisted as LUKOIL lead in-house counsel.
