Graf Isola’s finance team, headed by Otto Wächter, successfully advised Bayrische Landesbank on financing the acquisition of one of Vienna’s top hotels, the Hilton Vienna Danube.
The renowned property was bought by a German fund located in Frankfurt/Main; the vendor was IMMOFINANZ. The deal was worth more than EUR 48 million. At the heart of Graf Isola’s service was a comprehensive package of collateral security for the loan amount of EUR 21 million.
This is the second time this year that our law firm has been involved in a major real property transaction with IMMOFINANZ. The first was the purchase of the Kempinski Hotel in St. Moritz by a group of investors.
