LUKOIL International has conducted a record EUR 6,2 billion capital increase – the largest ever since its establishment. Lukoil was advised by its long trusted Austrian advisors lawfirms Graf Isola and Wolf Theiss.
This highly important transaction was led by Graf Isola under Ferdinand Graf and Andreas Edlinger (Corporate and M&A).
