The special focus of his team lies in the planning of asset succession, often with real estate, inheritance and tax law aspects. The ongoing support of private foundations, their corporate governance, and compliance with developing case law are other important aspects of his work.
Armenak is also well versed in real estate and construction contract law and accompanies real estate projects from the acquisition of land to construction and exploitation, including all civil and public law issues.
His areas of practice also include medical insurance contracts, national social security and regulations on hospitals and outpatient clinics.
