From March 10th to 11th, the ÖGSW intensive seminar “Insolvency and restructuring advice” will take place in the Hotel “Schloss Pichlarn” in Styria, where questions and solutions from the practice will be presented.
One of this year’s speakers is David Seidl, who will give a presentation on the specifics of restructuring partnerships and their shareholders.
